You must be at least 13 years old to use RoomFit. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use RoomFit only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. The person approving use is responsible for reviewing these Terms and purchases made through the relevant Apple account.

RoomFit is a home-planning, visualization, and shopping-assistance tool. Features may include:

• real-world-size AR previews;
• furniture, product, television, rug, and wall-art placement;
• product-photo previews and background isolation;
• paint, viewing-distance, and size calculations;
• saved spaces, projects, and product comparisons;
• RoomFit Match;
• optional AI-powered Style Checks and design suggestions; and
• free, subscription, lifetime, and consumable paid features.

We may improve, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. We will respect mandatory consumer law and applicable App Store requirements when a change materially affects a paid product.

RoomFit is a planning and visualization aid. It is not architectural, engineering, structural, construction, installation, electrical, safety, accessibility, financial, or professional interior-design advice.

You remain responsible for checking all measurements, clearances, weight limits, mounting requirements, manufacturer instructions, building rules, permits, product specifications, and safety conditions before you buy, move, mount, install, paint, construct, or modify anything.

Always verify critical dimensions and clearances with an appropriate physical measuring tool. Do not rely solely on RoomFit where an error could cause injury, property damage, financial loss, or an unsuitable purchase.

AR results depend on device capabilities, camera and sensor quality, lighting, surface texture, room geometry, tracking quality, movement, software limitations, and the accuracy of your inputs. AR placement and scale may drift or appear different from the physical result.

RoomFit does not guarantee that an item will fit, pass through a doorway or staircase, support a load, satisfy a safety rule, or look exactly as shown merely because it appears suitable in an AR preview.

A product photograph may not reveal the object's complete three-dimensional shape, depth, material, finish, lighting response, proportions, or hidden components. Background isolation and visual placement may be imperfect. A photo preview is a visual approximation associated with the dimensions you enter; it is not a certified or reconstructed 3D model.

Television-size, viewing-distance, paint, rug, wall-art, and similar outputs are estimates based on your inputs and general assumptions. Actual needs and preferences may vary because of product specifications, surface condition, number of coats, paint coverage, waste, room layout, eyesight, resolution, mounting position, and other factors.

Check the applicable manufacturer instructions and professional requirements before acting on a result.

RoomFit Match and RoomFit AI may analyze visual features such as colors, brightness, style, pattern, material, composition, placement, and balance. Their outputs are subjective suggestions, not objective design judgments.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, biased, or unsuitable. It may misunderstand an image or invent details. You must independently evaluate every AI suggestion. RoomFit does not guarantee a particular aesthetic, purchasing, resale, installation, or financial outcome.

AI features must not be used for emergency, safety-critical, structural, legal, health, or other high-impact decisions.

You retain ownership of photographs, prompts, project information, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant CodeLoop and the service providers needed to operate RoomFit a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, resize, compress, analyze, and otherwise process User Content solely to:

• provide the feature you requested;
• operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Services;
• enforce applicable limits and prevent abuse; and
• comply with law and protect legal rights.

This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from systems under our control, except for limited backup, security, legal, or dispute records retained as permitted by the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that doing so does not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights. Do not submit images containing people without permission, and do not submit children, confidential documents, credentials, financial data, illegal material, or unnecessary sensitive information to AI features.

RoomFit may offer:

• a free tier with defined limits;
• an automatically renewing Pro subscription;
• a one-time "Lifetime" purchase;
• included or separately purchased AI Style Check credits; and
• promotional offers, introductory prices, or trials.

The product page and Apple's purchase sheet shown immediately before purchase state the controlling price, billing period, trial, included features, and renewal terms. Website examples may be illustrative, may vary by region, and may change.

RoomFit Free includes up to 3 AR visuals per day. Pro Yearly includes up to 50 per day while the subscription is active. Pro Lifetime includes up to 100 per day. Daily AR limits reset every 24 hours. Unused daily allowances do not carry over.

AI Style Checks and similar credits are usage units, not currency. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law. A failed request caused by our service should not consume a credit, or the credit should be restored within a reasonable period. A result you dislike is not, by itself, a failed request.

We may apply reasonable technical and anti-abuse limits even where a feature is described as unlimited, provided the offering is not materially misrepresented.

If you buy an automatically renewing subscription:

• payment is charged to your App Store account upon confirmation;
• the subscription renews automatically for the stated period unless you cancel through Apple before renewal under Apple's then-current rules;
• Apple may charge the renewal price to your account before the current period ends;
• you can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings;
• deleting RoomFit does not cancel a subscription; and
• access may continue until the end of the paid period after cancellation, subject to Apple's rules.

Apple's purchase sheet controls the transaction if it conflicts with a price or billing description on our website. Taxes and currency conversion may vary by region.

If an offer includes a free or discounted trial, the purchase screen will state its duration and the price charged after it ends. Unless you cancel before the deadline shown by Apple, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription. Eligibility may be limited by Apple or by previous use of an offer.

"Lifetime" means access to the specifically identified eligible RoomFit features for the commercially supported lifetime of the RoomFit product, subject to device, operating-system, App Store, legal, security, and third-party-service availability. It does not mean your lifetime or CodeLoop's perpetual operation.

Unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise, Lifetime does not include unlimited features that create continuing third-party costs, including AI inference. The purchase screen will identify the AI credits, Style Checks, or other metered usage included.

Nothing in this section allows us to market a lifetime product deceptively or removes any remedy you have under mandatory consumer law.

Apple processes App Store purchases, subscriptions, billing, and refunds. We do not control Apple's approval of a refund. You may request a refund through Apple's applicable process. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Eligible subscriptions and non-consumable purchases may be restored through RoomFit's Restore Purchase function using the Apple account that made the purchase. Consumable credit packs may not be restorable after consumption, subject to Apple's systems and applicable law.

If you believe an entitlement or credit balance is incorrect, contact us with the non-sensitive transaction information reasonably needed to investigate. Never send us your Apple ID password or complete payment-card details.

Subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple Media Services terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use RoomFit on Apple-branded products you own or control, or as otherwise allowed by Apple's usage rules, for lawful personal or internal purposes.

RoomFit and its software, interface, branding, graphics, text, algorithms, icons, and original materials are owned by or licensed to CodeLoop and protected by intellectual-property and other laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You must not:

• violate law or another person's rights;
• submit content you do not have the right to use;
• upload illegal, exploitative, malicious, or harmful content;
• bypass purchases, entitlements, credits, security, or rate limits;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits;
• scrape, automate, resell, rent, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• use RoomFit or its output to develop or train a competing AI or machine-learning service without written permission;
• introduce malware or interfere with another user's use; or
• misrepresent RoomFit output as certified measurement or professional advice.

We may apply proportionate restrictions to online features when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms.

Some features depend on Apple, internet access, hosting providers, AI providers, device hardware, and operating-system services outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of a third-party service.

Third-party platforms and links are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party content, products, acts, or omissions outside our reasonable control.

You may need to install updates to continue using some features. We may change technical requirements to preserve compatibility, security, legal compliance, or service quality. Where practical and legally required, we will provide notice before a material adverse change to an active paid service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how RoomFit processes personal data, including selected images submitted to optional AI features and limited App Store transaction information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that:

• AR placement, scale, calculations, or measurements will be exact;
• an item will fit, function, match, or be safe to install;
• AI or matching output will be correct or meet your preferences;
• product images or retailer information will be complete or accurate; or
• the Services will always be error-free, secure, or available.

This section does not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeLoop and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from or related to RoomFit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of:

1. the amount you paid for RoomFit during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. EUR 50.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or your mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, if you use RoomFit for a business purpose or materially violate these Terms, you agree to indemnify CodeLoop against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs directly resulting from your unlawful User Content, infringement of third-party rights, or intentional misuse of the Services. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use where prohibited by law.

You may stop using RoomFit at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription.

We may suspend or restrict access to online features when reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated Terms violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, excessive automated use, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service. Where appropriate, we will act proportionately and provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions—will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts in Sarajevo will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring or defend a claim in another court or under the law of your country of residence.

Before filing a claim, please contact legal@codeloop.ba so we can try to resolve the matter informally. This does not restrict a limitation period, your right to contact a regulator, or any mandatory consumer remedy.

If you obtained RoomFit through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• these Terms are between you and CodeLoop, not Apple;
• CodeLoop, not Apple, is solely responsible for RoomFit and its content, subject to these Terms;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for RoomFit;
• to the extent RoomFit fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, under its policies; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
• CodeLoop, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product claims, including product-liability, legal-compliance, and consumer-protection claims, subject to applicable law;
• CodeLoop, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging claims that RoomFit infringes third-party intellectual-property rights;
• you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism and are not listed on a United States government prohibited or restricted-party list;
• you must comply with applicable third-party terms when using RoomFit; and
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce this section against you.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in RoomFit, providers, pricing models, security, or law. The updated version will show a new effective date. Where law requires, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes and request acceptance before they apply.

Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or remove mandatory rights. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must stop using affected future Services and manage any subscription through Apple.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a genuine business transfer, subject to applicable law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and purchase terms displayed by Apple form the agreement relating to RoomFit, except for rights that cannot be limited by contract.
